1. Instrument description and environmental requirements

1.1 Instrument Description

HUATEC ICP-H7001 is a single channel scanning inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer with a high sensitivity photomultiplier tube as the detector. It tests multiple elements and can measure up to 70 types of elements. It has a solid-state high-frequency RF generator, automatic tuning, and software with Chinese and English operation interfaces; Configure a dedicated circulating cooling water system, argon gas duct, cooling water pipe, and a high sensitivity sampling system (imported high-efficiency atomizer with a double tube atomization chamber).

1.2 Environmental requirements

1.2.1. Do not install the instrument directly by the window or door to avoid convection, dust, corrosive gases, and vibration.

1.2.2. Please stay away from strong electromagnetic interference.

1.2.3. Environmental temperature: 20-25 .

1.2.4. Working humidity: ≤ 70%.

1.2.5. The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench without vibration, and there should be an exhaust system above the instrument. There should be no strong light or strong electromagnetic interference near the instrument, and there should be no strong corrosive gases in the environment.

2. Main technical parameters

3. Injection system

3.1 Torch tube: Integrated integrated quartz rectangular tube (patented technology)

3.4 Total argon consumption: less than 14 L/min

3.5 peristaltic pump is a five channel 15 roller fully automatic design, and the peristaltic pump speed is continuously adjustable.

3.6 Split type injection system reduces the influence of high temperature on atomization in the rectangular tube, and can also directly observe the progress of the sample, facilitating real-time elimination of abnormal situations.

If the instrument stalls when the gas source is depleted, it will not only cause significant damage to the power supply, but also lead to the burning of the torch tube. The stability of the gas source is determined by real-time monitoring of the voltage feedback value at the instrument's intake end. Once the value drops, the power supply is immediately turned off, and the remaining gas inside the instrument can continue to cool down.

3.8 Flame Video Monitoring: The instrument is equipped with a highly sensitive flame sensing system and a visual video monitoring camera, which can observe the flame status of the combustion chamber in real time and automatically turn off the RF power supply when the engine is turned off to protect important components of the instrument.

4. RF generator and plasma

4.1 Type: Solid state high-frequency RF generator, fast water cooling (patented technology), automatic tuning.

4.2 Frequency: 27.12MHz.

4.3 Power: 500W~1600W, continuously adjustable, with an adjustment accuracy of 1W, power stability:<0.1%.

4.4 The ignition of plasma is fully automatic control, and all operating parameters such as carrier gas flow rate do not need to be manually adjusted except for the main power supply of ICP-OES.

4.5 Power supply characteristics: Equipped with reverse power protection for RF power supply (patented technology)

4.6 Replacement of tooling: Quickly replace the injection system using patented rectangular tube tooling and rectangular tube installation platform.

5. Optical system

5.1 Optical stability: Designed on the same platform as the injection system, the entire optical system has seismic measures, and general ground vibrations do not affect its analytical performance.

5.2 System type: Chenitina type (C-T type), with a focal length of 1000mm.

5.3 The optical system must be kept at a constant temperature, with a temperature stability of ± 0.1 ℃.

The minimum step distance of the scanning motor is 0.0004nm.

6. Control software:

6.1 The software is easy to operate and intuitive, with qualitative, semi quantitative, and quantitative analysis functions, as well as instrument diagnostic optimization functions. The software is available in both Chinese and English versions, and can be switched according to needs. The report format output format is PDF, Excel, electronic file or direct printing, and can be an English template. The control software can run under the English version of Windows.

6.2 By optimizing software algorithms, real-time matrix deduction methods can be achieved, allowing for real-time zooming in and out of two-dimensional coordinates for spectra with interference, facilitating spectrum processing. One click automatic calculation of results eliminates the hassle of secondary data processing for customers.

6.3 The software configuration audit tracking function can be set to multi-user and multi permission settings. Users can enable it according to their needs, and at the same time, the measured data can be saved to the server for backup.

6.4 Real time wavelength correction will be automatically performed for each spectral line measurement to ensure accurate peak position.

The 6.5 software has a tracing function and can display the current sample calculation results in real time during tracing.

6.6 Fully automatic safety protection function, instrument communication and control using control cards, observation position controlled and optimized by software, with the function of controlling peristaltic pump speed.

6.7 Instrument diagnostic software and network communication, data reprocessing functions.

6.8 The software has data archive management function, supports data backup, recovery, deletion, and supports text format output of data.
